Register in 4 easy steps.
- Go to the Blue Sombrero Registration Website.
- Click the grade level you wish to register for.
- Log into your account or create an account if you don’t already have one.
- Complete the registration form and submit payment.

*Registration fees include the use of the following equipment:
- helmet
- shoulder pads
- pants
- practice jersey
- game jerseys
- mouth guard

– PAYMENTS DUE in full prior to equipment handout.
– PAYMENT PLANS & SCHOLARSHIPS are available. Email cyfmiddleton@gmail.com for more information.
– LATE FEES may be applied to all unpaid registrations after equipment handout.
– FULL REFUNDS will be given for cancellations before equipment handout.
– NO REFUNDS after the scheduled Equipment Hand-Out date. Special circumstances such as injuries may be the exception.
