Middleton Cardinal Youth Football Mission

To provide the youth of Middleton, WI (Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District) with a competitive and non-discriminatory football league that affords the opportunity to all children to participate in youth football. The club grew out of a need for positive mentoring for youth today in sports. The club’s focus is on teaching fundamentals, competitive spirit and sportsmanship.

It is Cardinal Youth Football’s goal to provide a structured, guided and disciplined activity for youth so that we may impart the values of good sportsmanship, good character and leadership qualities. These qualities will give the children a better self-image and elevated self-esteem that will stay with them through adulthood.
